TJAA State Show Judge Selection SAMPLE BALLOT Updated December 2009!
The judge candidates have been compiled by both the officers and advisors (3 from the advisors, 3 from the officers). Members present at the regular business meeting in Fort Worth will have the chance to rank the 6 judge candidates as shown. The candidate with the lowest numerical total after voting will be contacted as the first choice judge to check his/her availability. If you are interested in contributing to the judge selection, make sure you are present at the Fort Worth meeting.
MEMBERSHIP BY-LAW AMENDMENTS Updated December 2009!
These are the amendments that were compiled by the By-Law Committee. They will be voted on during the regular business meeting at Fort Worth, January 23, 2010. Please review each proposed amendment carefully prior to Fort Worth to expedite the voting process. If you have any questions about any proposed amendment, please contact an advisor or Mollie Lastovica prior to Ft. Worth.
